i am really feeling this cheese right now. bucherondin is sublime in so many ways. it’s like two separate worlds of flavors, aromas, and textures in one nice chunk.

also, this is classic me. i tend to order a lot, esp when i’m some place new and want to try everything. when i put in a hefty order at sun’s kitchen in toronto for a giant bowl of wonton soup AND egg chive “box” pastries, they assumed it was for two people. so they gave me two cups of delicious lightly sweetened soy milk. score!
