derek instructed me to blog this. i know that by now it’s old news that’s already permeated all of the interwebs. still, it’s mindblowing.

love that the whippet’s name is WENDY. look at the apologetic, shy expression on her face – she’s completely cognizant of the fact that she’s a freak of nature.
i can’t comprehend why they didn’t run more images of this magnificent creature (boy, that’s a euphemism). i’m sure the photographer took at least a dozen. i feel cheated! i want to see more photos of wendy!
ps – what do you think she looked like as a pup?
pps – this is my favorite buff dog – and he’s not even flexing. he’s basically an organic, living cinder block.

Probably like a bunch of overripe grapes, ready to burst, with a little doggie face poking out of it.
Also, dear readers of this blog… if you get the chance, you must watch this girl draw some time. It’s the most endearing thing you’ll ever see. Lots of moving around and head turning every which way and biting of the lower lip. And she’s quite good, too!
