dang it, i was gonna write something, but now i forgot what it was.

i FINALLY saw the limey last night. hallelujah! i can finally send that thing back and set my netflix queue in motion after it’s been stagnating for oh…i dunno…three or four months? steve soderbergh stylizes the hell out of his movies…but overall it worked well for this film. i really enjoyed watching terence stamp. he’s frightfully gorgeous and pulls off “bad ass” rather elegantly, but not unrealistically so. i think peter fonda did a good job too, perfect for his role. bonus: the end of the movie takes place in big sur.

i was always struck by the handsome and affective design of the limey movie poster.

i’m watching this bad boy tonight with some friends/colleagues. oooh, a field trip on a school night. i feel charged right now, thanks to coffee at eddie’s, but i may feel like a zombie come 5pm.
