hellen - thanks for clarifying with the more accurate nickname of "lotus seed breast." seriously that thing gives me nightmares. i curse the evil person who photoshopped it. oh and thx for including the link to lotus seed. talk about B A R F.

regina - yeah, i don't think i want to chase this footage with something regarding zits. ugh.

nicole and andrea - you're welcome. there's more where that came from! and that's a promise.

paul - fractal pipa pipas. gross. i love the idea of feet long parasites having a field day in our bodies.

derek - were you eating pizza again when you saw this? maybe the deep pits in her back remind you of the big pepperonis.

nat - oh c'mon now. we asians draw the line at certain things. yes, even us.

Thanks for the link, Hellen. Now I see... pretty gross (the real disease, not the Photoshop job). But have you heard of the worms that live under your skin, that you can see moving across the bridge of your nose, or poking out of your eye?

Sorry for the long cut-n-paste:

The probable medical origin of the single serpent around a rod: In ancient times infection by parasitic worms was common. The filarial worm Dracunculus medinensis aka "the fiery serpent", aka "the dragon of Medina" aka "the guinea worm" crawled around the victim's body, just under the skin. Physicians treated this infection by cutting a slit in the patient's skin, just in front of the worm's path. As the worm crawled out the cut, the physician carefully wound the pest around a stick until the entire animal had been removed. It is believed that because this type of infection was so common, physicians advertised their services by displaying a sign with the worm on a stick.

I think I can see microscopic versions of the babies popping out of their backs, only we can't see them, fractal- or Escher-like.

What's the big deal about "honeycomb breast"? All I get are hits to Dr Brown's. Hey, now I know why his Cream Sode tastes soooo good. "Honeycomb's got.. that BIG BIG taste."
