never liked her. and what is up with these Chinese “sex” scandals? Edison Chen was like the only real one and that got surpressed like electric vehicles. All these other ones are like “ooooh, side cleavage” or “oh no, he’s sniffing her butt.” Someone needs to get a picture of a dog smell ZZY’s butt and give the scandal a clever name like “Buttgate” or “Dog and Ass Scandal”

I think you summed up how I feel about her… I was never able to put my finger on what bothered me about her, till now. Conventional, boring face. Bratty-looking, even. Doesn’t really use her fame for anything altruistic for China (that I can recall), at least not as much as Yao Ming or famous HK stars. Did a turn in 2046. Somewhat notable presence in “The House of Flying Daggers”, etc. I remember “The Road Home” fondly enough.

Anyway, beggh. I’m over her, too. Hopefully a cooler actress comes out of China soon to wow our pants off and make Zhang seem like a mosquito.
