Herbal Tea & Hormones

#9EE8B1_edited.jpg

This is a 10-month progam offered to youth aged 10 to 18, who would like to better understand the natural hormonal cycle in a warm, fun and supportive environment drinking nourishing herbal tea and journaling once a month. Herbs and/or tea will be provided at each gathering, but all participants must bring their own mug and journal. This group will meet mostly in person every full moon during the academic year of 2022-2023 at the Hudson Valley Books for Humanity bookstore at 67 Central Avenue in Ossining, New York.
